    Visa can arrange a wire cash transfer to your local Western Union location within 2 hours of approval from your bank.

  • Lost or Stolen Card Reporting

    Call your Visa card issuer or Visa Global Customer Care Services at 1-800-847-2911 to report your card lost or stolen.

  • Warranty Manager Service

    Your Visa Signature Card extends the time period for U.S. manufacturer’s warranties by doubling the time period of the original manufacturer’s warranty, up to one additional year, on eligible warranties of three years or less.

  • Purchase Security

    For the first 90 days your items are covered against theft or damage under certain circumstances.

  • Cell Phone Protection

    When you pay your cell phone bill with your card each month, you’ll be protected for the next calendar month so you can be reimbursed if your phone is stolen or damaged.

  • Travel and Emergency Assistance

    Call for legal and medical referrals, or other travel and emergency assistance. (You will be responsible for the cost of any goods or services obtained.)

  • Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver

    Must decline the rental company’s collision insurance and charge the entire rental cost to your card. Coverage is provided for theft and collision damage for most rental cars in the U.S. and abroad. In the U.S., coverage is secondary to your personal insurance.

  • Roadside Dispatch

    If you have a roadside emergency, like needing a tow or jumpstart, call 1-800-847-2869 anytime for help. Roadside service fees will be provided when you call and will be billed to your card.

  • Lost Luggage Reimbursement

    Reimbursement for carry-on luggage that is damaged or lost by the carrier. You and your immediate family are covered up to $3,000 per passenger. Terms, conditions, and exclusions may apply.

  • Travel Accident Insurance

    You’re eligible to receive accidental death and dismemberment coverage of up to $500,000 when traveling by common carrier.
