I’ve been using my credit card without any issues for about two months I received a 20% off coupon and wanted to use it using my credit card so I paid my balance off almost 3 weeks before it was due and my credit card has been wiped out to zero avaliable credit Since then. I’ve been calling customer service from the credit card and from the store and they’re saying that there’s nothing they can do about it they took out the money a while ago but my credit is still at zero. I could’ve use that money to use my coupon but now my coupon will expire way before my available credit goes back to what it was I’m basically getting punished for making my payments on time I should’ve just kept my money and purchase my items but it’s ridiculous that I’ve been getting for different answers with different timelines as to when my money will be available

Ulta Credit Card

I have really good credit, I pay my credit card bill every month but what their company did is ridiculous. Because there was so much activity on my account, and mind you everything was paid, they froze my account. No notice or anything and it’s been 2 weeks. Do not recommend this card!

Don’t get!

Would rate zero if I had the option. Got this as many do for a discount on a purchase. Kept it open to help credit and NEVER received a bill or an email for the bill! Only found out about a monthly late fee of $30 because I would have to call to see where I was at. Asked to receive any form of a bill for files and never happened!! They reversed my late charge every month after time and time again they realized I had not been receiving any sort of bill!! This last time, after they did it for the third time, I simply paid it off and closed my account! Terrible company, worse credit card I have ever had and completely ignorant customer service!!

Don't apply for this card

I am only giving this car a one star of you because I cannot do 0 stars. Had a rather large credit limit of $1300 I made my monthly payments on time if not early and I get a letter in the mail seating that their loring my credit limit down to $100 because they ran my credit score so the credit score number that I received on the paper was extremely incorrect and I know this because we just applied for a home loan in my credit score was a 100 points higher than what they are stating. So I advise them that this is ridiculous because I called them they're like no problem that's our mistake will raise your credit limit backed up to what it was before this will happen within 24 to 48 hours 48 hours went by waited a couple of extra day is and called them again because my account did not reflect the change. So I called them and they see to that they were not able to change my credit limit back to what it was and now I am stuck with a $100 limit I advise them that this is impossible because the person told me it would be fixed but apparently that's not the case they are liars they are cheaters they charge you a $40 late payment fee if it's 1 day late I will be closing my account

late fee

So I opened a card at Ulta! Cashier talked me into it. I called and paid full balance, only to find out this month it was one day to late! had forgot about it, cost $29.00..my bad. Shoulda paid for it and not got discount because this cost more than my discount, I called they would not waive it.
