I am only giving this car a one star of you because I cannot do 0 stars. Had a rather large credit limit of $1300 I made my monthly payments on time if not early and I get a letter in the mail seating that their loring my credit limit down to $100 because they ran my credit score so the credit score number that I received on the paper was extremely incorrect and I know this because we just applied for a home loan in my credit score was a 100 points higher than what they are stating. So I advise them that this is ridiculous because I called them they're like no problem that's our mistake will raise your credit limit backed up to what it was before this will happen within 24 to 48 hours 48 hours went by waited a couple of extra day is and called them again because my account did not reflect the change. So I called them and they see to that they were not able to change my credit limit back to what it was and now I am stuck with a $100 limit I advise them that this is impossible because the person told me it would be fixed but apparently that's not the case they are liars they are cheaters they charge you a $40 late payment fee if it's 1 day late I will be closing my account
So I opened a card at Ulta! Cashier talked me into it. I called and paid full balance, only to find out this month it was one day to late! had forgot about it, cost $29.00..my bad. Shoulda paid for it and not got discount because this cost more than my discount, I called they would not waive it.
I got the card to use as a great way to build credit , knowing I would also get use of buying products I like. First time I wanted to make a payment , I couldn't not make one in the store ! Plus, customer service is horrible / non informative information.. they didn't care about the inconvenience at all. I like ulta but I wish I never got this card.
I signed up for the Ulta mastercard, received the card and was able to use it for Ulta.com, I also transferred a balance only to find it took over 30 days to clear when my other card only took a week to process which was the first issue, then I tried to use it at a store one day and it was declined. I had to use another payment method, this happened several more times at various stores, bad chip etc.. so I called and they sent me another card. I've had this card for a few months and haven't really used it, but did try several times and failed. It works at Ulta.com just fine. but I tried at a few online stores, in stores and bath and body works.com, again problems, so I called customer service and this woman seemed to want to help then suddenly when I said I'd like to try this with you while we are on the phone, and I quickly did it, and it declined again, she told me to go ahead and try again and if there 's a problem call back, but I informed her I needed to resolve this now, it's been months!! She hung up. I'm done with this, paying it off and closing it. Not worth the hassle!
