They raise your credit limit when you're close to the limit and then they lower it back down without notice when you've paid it off. The billing is also extremely confusing, they will nonstop call you instead of messaging you through the "Secure Message Center".

Payment date the same every month, great rewards, and credit limit raises!!

I’ve had this card for over 2 years now, and I LOVE IT!! Your payment date is the same every month (depending on when you sign up) So it’s VERY EASY to know when your bill is due, and to pay on time. For example; it could be the “15th” of the every month. You don’t an email or letter telling you that since it doesn’t change. The Ulta app is great, you can do everything in it. Check your balance, pay your bill, schedule a bill, view payment and purchase history, as well as send a secure message to Ulta. If you pay on time, your credit limit will continue to be increased!! Great for your Credit report and shopping!!

Terrible service and billing

Like MANY others, I had problems with not being notified via email when my bill was due. Customer service replied that I should know when my bill was due and go to the site and pay it. I did get immediate notification that I was past due. What a scam.

Had been a loyal customer for many years, switched to paperless billing and they never informed me my payment was due. I was given a late fee for the first time and they refused to wave it. I closed my account and then once again was charged for interest after that had accrued - which I was never notified about, and they charged another late fee on top of that. Don’t waste your time on a card because they are money hungry and loyalty means nothing nor do their customers. I will choose to shop elsewhere now as well.

Billing issues

I signed up for paperless billing like I do with my other credit cards, but they forget to email me when my bill is due. They do not notify me at all until the bill is past due. This has happend twice now and it is frustrating because other companies I have never had a problem. My late fee was the total of my bill, so I basically have to pay double now. Customer service is not helpful at all. Starbucks, victoria secret, kohls, etc. are way better than this company!
