Worst Service Ever

Have had my card for about a year started with a low limit of $150 got it to try and build my credit made on time payments went up to $250 made on time payment last month and go to pay it this month and states I have a $200 credit limit. No notice and when I called they told me I should receive a letter and it’s due to a change on my credit report it yet they can drop my limit and make my ration go up to make my credit worse off. Complete waste of time.

Dont even bother

I had this card for 2 years started with 300.00 made way up 750.00 . Had 100 % on my history had my card at just over 1/2 of limit. And out of nowhere, they reduce my limit by 240.00 dollars. When i called they supposedly mailed a letter me explaining why a week agter they had done it. I can only assume at the moment it has to do with other cards that have i have high limits on. But .. i have 100 % payment history. Never late never missed on any of my credit. And for them to do such a thing with out any slips.. canceled the card and will not shop ar Ulta again. I only went there because of my card. Cause lets face it most places are less expensive than ulta anyway. Their card was the biggest perk.

Never got it.

I applied for the rewards card (I wasn’t thinking at all honestly) not knowing it was an actually Credit Card. The girl at Ulta never made that clear until I went to pay for my transaction and she says “oh it’s already paid with your credit card you were just approved for” and I was like... hmm... oh shoot... okay.Well two months went by and then three months went by and I never got it in the mail. Starting to panic because I still needed to pay for it but didn’t have a card number to pay off, I called customer service paid for it over the phone and was reassured that they would resend me the card... I was not happy that it had come to this and wanted to cancel the card all together but agreed to give it another shot by letting them send a new one. Well, over a month has gone by and still no card in the mail. I’m afraid now that if I cancel it it will just harm my new(ish) credit score. So I’m hoping that I may actually get my freaking card in the mail. Not using a credit card is bad for your credit score so I am NOT happy at all. To say the least....

I used this card with relatively no problems for about 6 months. I did not charge that much to it monthly and always paid it off in full every month without any issues. I got the 20% off as promised by getting approved for it in store as well as double points on all purchases I made with the card. I love Ulta and spend a lot there, so figured it would be worth it to get the store card to get the rewards and just pay off a small balance for it every month. Throughout the months I got the points and paid off the balances completely. I made a few purchases closer together that were bigger amounts, but had paid it off. After I made those purchases they cut my credit limit to 0 when it was over $1,000 before those purchases. It still says my credit limit is the original over $1,000 credit limit they gave me when I opened the card. but says my available credit to use is $0. I had a little over a $100 balance which was no where near my credit limit so there was no need to cut my credit limit or decline my card in the store. It was then declined in the store and did not say anythign except do not honor. It perhaps thinks it was stolen and trying to protect against fraud, but they have no emailed me or sent any notification with them freezing my account because of suspected fraud. It could also be that it was because I was reaping the benefits of the card without accruing any interest or late fees so they decided to freeze it/decline it. I love Ulta and I'm a frequent shopper and thought it would be nice to get the extra points but Commenity does not seem like a trustworthy bank and wish they would team up with another bank so that I can continue using the card but with it being trustworthy and reliable.

I’ve been using my credit card without any issues for about two months I received a 20% off coupon and wanted to use it using my credit card so I paid my balance off almost 3 weeks before it was due and my credit card has been wiped out to zero avaliable credit Since then. I’ve been calling customer service from the credit card and from the store and they’re saying that there’s nothing they can do about it they took out the money a while ago but my credit is still at zero. I could’ve use that money to use my coupon but now my coupon will expire way before my available credit goes back to what it was I’m basically getting punished for making my payments on time I should’ve just kept my money and purchase my items but it’s ridiculous that I’ve been getting for different answers with different timelines as to when my money will be available
