The Total Visa Credit Card is a subprime credit card, designed for people with bad credit scores or limited credit. It does not require a credit check to apply.
It offers no rewards but has very high fees, to help mitigate the risk of doing business with people who have poor credit.

First, you may have to pay a program fee to open the account (most other cards don’t have this kind of fee). You may also have to pay an annual fee.
There may also be a monthly servicing fee after the first year.

This card can’t be used outside the United States, or for any purchases in foreign currency.
