Where can I use my TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard®?

This card can be used anywhere Mastercard credit cards are accepted, which is pretty much anywhere that accepts credit cards. There is a similar card that can only be used at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Sierra Trading Post called the TJX Rewards Credit Card.

No problems

Had this card for years. It states specifically in the terms that no use in 2 years and your account will be closed. It’s got a high interest rate, but I only use it on in-store purchases or other items I know I’ll be able to pay off by the end of the month. No interest accrued, and I get my certificates on time when I earn them.

Lower the Interest Rate So I can Use My Card!

I love Marshalls, Home Goods and TJ Maxx and I have a great credit line. Unfortunately, I have to go spend big elsewhere because the interest rate is crazy 29.99 %. I just purchased a big home where I need to fill in some furniture pieces and decorate. I would love to buy at any of these stores but I refuse to deal with the rate. I have great credit for the simple fact to not be treated as a risky buyer.

Bad credit!

This the worse credit card account i have ever dealt with. Although I never missed a payment and I was respectful to pay on time, they suddenly closed my account with out notifying me!!! When I called them they said” if you don’t use your card for 2 years it closes!!That’s not professional neither their customer service!I regret opening an account with them because it effected my credit card score. Don’t waste your time. Opening an account with them will lead you to a bad score at credit karma.

Prepareing Tort Complaint against TJX, ET AL .

My "Review Title" says it all...TJX Rewards Platinum Master Card seems to employ some folks who enjoy being just nasty to me, with malice. They have intentionally, and systematically, trashed my FICO Score with bogus reporting, from a great 831 to a credit score of only 699. I see no end in sight unless the court causes them to "Cease and Desist" this gross customer activity which commenced only after I caught them cheating against the debits and credits of my account. All of my credit card accounts, including my TJX account, had a record of "Paid in Full" on or before the due dates. After I brought this to the attention of TJX, just look at how they handle a bonified dispute, NOT GOOD - RED FLAGS ARE UP!

DO not reccomend

I've had this card for over 3 years now, and once I have it paid off, it is being cut. I applied for the card, got it and within the first year they dropped my limit once I had used 75% to make it appear as though I maxxed out the card. For someone with no prior credit history, but who had always made payments on time, this still dropped my credit score. I wish I had never got this stupid card because it really is such a waste. My other store card has proved to be a great experience and I've never had any issues.
