Ever since I got this card I have gotten a large number of junk mail and emails from a number of different Companies and scammers. The reason I know it is because of this card is because when they signed up. They added an extra letter to my name that does not belong there and all the junk I get has that extra letter so there's no way to deny it. Stay away from this company and their credit cards.

The worst credit card experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service and unethical business practices. Do not be surprised if the details of your account are changed without warning or any type of notification.

poor choice

fruad prevention is purchase and use prevention. we had this card for 6 years, using it very little until last year. Now we are so fed up with poor service and my spouse treated like chattle. worked through the fraud prevention three times to be able to make purchases, and the last time became they could not use my phone for verification... and we would have to wait three weeks for resolving their problem when tjeee are no signs of fraud. we even took steps to pre alert we were going to make purchases. do not recommend this card.

lost my payment

This company is awful. I decided to pay my card off and sent them a check for over 10,000. It cleared my bank and did not get posted to my account--they have been investigating, but no one can seem to find my money. It was deposited into a Citi bank account.

I have had this card since 1979 and have made more than the minimum payment on time for years. I realized that I did not receive my statement in a timely manner last month and immediately called the company to let them know. The representative told me they were sending out a new statement and "everything was fine". Before I even received the new statement they put a block on my card. The "option" they gave me was to give them access to my bank information to make a payment in that manner. There is no way I would give this company access given the the way they messed up.
