PenFed Pathfinder Rewards American Express® Card

For People with
Good Credit

The PenFed Pathfinder Rewards American Express Card is an excellent travel card, with rewards and cost-saving benefits.

Cardholders earn 3X points per dollar on travel, with 1.5X points for every other purchase. PenFed Honors Advantage members get 4X points per dollar on travel, and you can attain this member level by opening a PenFed Access America Checking Account or being a member of the military.

There are some great perks with this card, particularly the $100 Air Travel Credit for incidental fees and the $100 Application Fee Credit for Global Entry or TSA Pre✓. That air travel credit only applies to incidental fees, like baggage, seat upgrades, and in-flight food; it doesn’t include flight tickets.

You’ll also get a Personal Concierge you can call for assistance whenever you’d like, and a variety of travel protections.

All this comes for no annual fee, meaning you’ll actually profit from this card simply by using the travel credits. An air travel credit for no annual fee is a rare combination, making this a very lucrative card offer. There are no foreign transaction fees either.
