Poor customer service

Had the Old Navy Visa card for a number of years. Never went over the credit limit or made a late payment. Zero balance and responsible use but twice they refused to lower the exorbitant (24.99%) APR. Slashed the credit limit w/o notice or explanation by 90%. Ended up closing the account on my own. Just awful customer service.

They do not value their loyal customers

Like another reviewer, the minute I paid off my balance, they slashed my credit limit, and I mean slashed. That's how they said thank you to me for buying thousands of dollars of their clothes for myself and my kids over the years. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, I have choices.

I have the Nayvist Credit card with a great credit limit. I love that i can use my card for everyday purchases and I get free clothing rewards that stack with the in-store sales and coupons. Helps with my families clothing budget.

They closed my account

I love Old Navy, I used the card for the perks and always paid on time. The first time I had paid my balance off they decreased my credit limit, I was mad. My score dropped. I paid off my 100.00 balance (used it for the rewards) and they closed the whole account! What a joke! They offered no help online and gave me excuses that did not involve my perfect history with them.
