The Indigo Platinum Mastercard is designed for people with fair or bad credit who are looking to rebuild their credit and improve their credit scores.

You can check to see if you prequalify for the Indigo card for free, without hurting your credit score at all. Just click the “Apply Now” button to the left to check your pre-qualification status. If you’re not approved for this card, you may be offered another one instead.

Their customer service phone number is 1-866-946-9545 and phone support is available from 6AM–6PM Pacific time.

When you’ll call, you will be asked for your card number. If you don’t have a card, wait on the line. They will ask three times, then you’ll be transferred to a person.

Do you have anything below a 1? Because this company deserve it. This company needs to be reported ASAP. The customer service is rude and they hang the phone up on you, please note no ENGLISH what soever do they SPEAK.........

Do not apply for this card

I wanted to pay this credit card off and close the account. So I took my balance and divided it with my pay dates that were twice a month. I miscalculated and owed a balance of $0.72 when I tried to go on and pay it it said I could only make a dollar payment at the minimum. So I did. When I went on to make sure it had posted so that I could call and cancel my card it said I had another $38.72 to pay. When I called them, and of course talk to people who don't speak very good English, I was told that I still owed $38.72. Now mind you you cannot talk and explain things because they will talk over you and keep talking so your not able to cut in and ask to verify anything. Nor will they let you talk to a supervisor. I will pay the remaining $38.72 again but would never recommend anyone to vet this card unless you want to make payments that arent credites to your account. I'm sure it's because they want to charge me another $99 yearly fee which is why I wanted to close the account after I had paid it off.

Platinum master card

I applied for this card around christmas of 2017. I was approved but never received the card. Yet they start billing me in february. You cant call customer service because hold times are outrageous. In fact you cant get thru. Feels shady to me.

I’ve had them for a few months. I paid it all off cause I’m in the process of buying a home. I needed a letter stating my updated balance so we can work on getting approved for this loan. I was informed it would take 7-10 business days. Fast forward to almost a month later and I still don’t have it! I’ve been following up for days and they keep asking for more time. I’m out of time! I needed this 2 weeks ago! Oh and my statement is not available conveintely enough.

Been a long wait

So its been 4 weeks since I applied, got approved and have never received the card. The annual fee is already showing up on my credit report. I called and had the first card disabled, easy enough, and am now waiting for the new card to come. Its going to be another 3 weeks. I hope my experiences with this card now arent a preview of whats to come. I hope to have better experiences with indigo in the future and none of this losing a card that was "sent"
