I applied 2 months ago and I haven't received the card I called them but never received a replacement yet.
I appled for a card in sept 2016 when i didnt get rhe card in oct i called to say i did not get the card can rhey send me another card. Then again in nove i called back asking if they sent rhe card. They said you should of got it. I said ok last time can you send another card. They said they would an if i do not get by dec to call them. I said ok if i dont get it by dec yall can cancel the card because i am leaving to go out the country. Well i never got the card. But needless to say when i got home from out of the country in jan. I maracklessly have a bill in the mail for a over due pamyment. But they never could get the card mailed to me for over 3 month. Now i have to fight a mark againgest my credit report for a card i never received. An can not get in touch with a American person to talk to..will call the BBB to report them. Fraudulent take advantage of you company
I have a new card. I even paid the registration fee 30 days before it was due. I took the over limit coverage. Then I went to use the card one time to buy a plane ticket for a family emergency for $301.68 and was denied for $1.68 over the limit. Even with the protection they can deny or place it in a department for approval. After three calls and disconnections after waiting for supervisors for up to an hour, who never came to the phone. I got no where. I was told to try to lower my air fare or split the payment. I called Southwest and they did that and it was still denied. Called back and waited 30 minutes for supervisor who never came and was hung up on again. Called back again I have been waiting for 30.32 sec as of right now. I was told to wait 24 hours to use my card since I tried it three times today and it was denied, but they cannot tell me what time that would be. They have no one to lift the hold, they cannot tell me when the 24 hours hold was placed or when it will be released. Even though I was not denied my purchases were put through to a department awaiting approval. WHAT. SO, if I was in a store or ER or were ever when and how long will I wait for that approval? How would I be notified of an approval? This card seems to be fraudulant to me. No one speaks complete English, nor can you speak to a supervisor and they cannot transfer you to any department for assistance. After finally waiting 1 hour 15 minutes I was able to speak with an American gentleman who told me he saw no transactions even listed, but if the Airline is using an international billing it would be restricted and not approved. UNREAL.
