Awful!!

I would give zero stars. They have held on to my money without crediting to my availability 2x now. The first payment got reversed by my bank but I replaced it with another payment and they have put a 40 day hold on my using the card. I’m going to the BBB to file a complaint. Go for CapitolOne card instead. I’ve never had a problem with them EVER!!

Very Bad Company

Don't bother. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS AGGRAVATION!!!! This company is a mess. After approval I tried to register the account online and the "information was incorrect." This was after I used the card. I called and was told my birth date was wrong on file and a fax was requested. I requested to email but man said they will only take a fax. Today after a week I tried to login and could not. I called and tried to enter the account number 3X - no good. Got sent to a real person and lady explained that the fax was not clear. The drivers license was clear on the date of birth but my photo was not clear. This is what I had predicted at first. I just wanted to cancel and to pay them but they insisted that I owe them the $75 fee. I refused but after 3 people they offered a $25 reduction of the fee and allowed me to cancel. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

The worst card to own

Customer service as well the manager on duty specified that you can not use this card to make purchases over seas, like for my trip to Taiwan, declined and left me with a 12 hour wait time for me to use the card again.Customer service was horrid, can not call past 6pm, have to wait next business day. They are not there to help customers, just to specify they can't do anything. As well when you make payments, it takes 10 to 14 days to post as a no balance, so can not use card until then.Even though I have the card I am not happy my capital 1 card is way better and customer service is amazing.

Fees fees fees !!

I don't recommend this card. Sure it's a card to rebuild your credit but the fees they are creating for me is ridiculous. This month I had made my monthly payment and by my own fault made a second payment 2 days later. I realized I what I did and went back to website and CANCELED PAYMENT. Well that cancel payment on website is useless. Not only did they put payment through I got a $27 fee for it not having funds. Spoke to representative and explained what I did. So they tried to take 2nd payment from my bank account again. So I'm getting a $30 fee from my bank. I'm on my 3rd call about this.

Shady company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I processed my payment before the due date however a week later it updated on my statement that the payment was invalid and returned. After several calls to their customer service and supervisors I was told they could not use my bank info as my bank account was invalid. After talking with my bank they informed me when Indigo sent the payment in they coded the payment wrong. After multiple attempts to find out the problem they informed me the only other option was to send a payment via money gram. I've closed this account and still owe them money and now they are saying I have to fax in my bank statement to ensure my bank is valid. More hassle than it is worth! I show a late payment on my credit report and closed account on my credit. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
