As soon as my available balance is applied to the account I will be closing this card. Let's start with the customer service, you will be told a host of lies when you speak to different people so just make sure you are recording every interaction with them. I called in because I made a payment and they placed a 7 day hold on it. When I asked them to release the hold because the funds had already cleared my bank, they refused to and gave me so many conflicting reasons as to why they couldn't. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the CFPB. I spoke to Diana (account manager) and Jeff (unit manager). Jeff gave me the direct extensions to Norys (Sr. Unit manager) and Kari (director). I will be giving them both a call on Monday but will ultimately report them anyway. Their cutomer service and policies are so unethically and that won't change.

Good for what it is.

This card is only good for short term credit building when you have few choices. Interest rate is fairly high and the annual fee is horrible, but this is made very clear upfront. It is also clear that the annual fee is taken upfront reducing your available credit from the start. I tested the card immediately and charged everything the first week leaving me with a $5 available balance. The next week I paid my balance down to 30%. My payment posted the same day And my available credit updated the very next day. The website is very simple, although limited, and easy to use. I did not read the fine print that this card does not offer raising your credit limit. Because of this and the high annual fee I will keep canceling it after 11 months. They have already reported to the credit bureau in a timely manner and my credit score increased 30 points.

The worse Card Ive ever dealt with

I wish their was only an option for 10 % of the 1 star thats what i would give this company. I had someone steal my credit card number and charge $101.00 on my account. Mind you i paid this in full every month. So on this mishap i called them thinking they would be on top of it they tell me it could take 60-90 days to figure this out. And during that time is still going against my available credit. I canceled this card for not only for that reason but for the unprofessionalism that you get when you talk to someone. You have to always get trasferred around and around for them to tell you someone else has to take care of it. In my case a fraud investigation will have to be done. What a joke of a company. Better business bureau needs to shut down this garage running business.
