Always made payments before payment due date...I have a 300 limit. Just got my $99 fee added after one year of paying on time. The cost is outrageous. One-third of the threshold is a fee.

Worst card do not order. Credit Karma and other credit reporting services should stop recommending this card. I only used the card on time. Then when I traveled I decided to use the card for incidentals at a hotel. The card was declined. I checked the available balance and everything appeared to be fine. Later that day I tried to use the card at CVS pharmacy for $19 dollars, again it was declined. So I called the credit card company and all the agent would tell me was, the card was declined for numerous attempts to use. I tried without success to explain that I wasn’t the one declining the card, they were for reasons they refused to explain. The agent hung up on me as I tried to explain my issue. I called back and another agent repeated the same script, that I had has excessive declines that prevented me from using the card. There was no way to get them to understand that all I wanted to know was, what was causing them to decline to card with an available balance in the first place. I finally told the agent that I was going to cut up the card and pay off the balance and she said, “what’s wrong?” Both reps were completely tone deaf and provided the worse customer service I have experienced in awhile. I still have no idea what the issue is with the card. DON’T GET A INDIGO CREDIT CARD?
So im reading thess reviews as i sit on hold waiting for a supervisor. Been waiting almost an hour. How do u send a pre approval to my home, i apply online with my current address, and you send it to an address i havent lived at since 2016 and on my credit report. What a freaking joke. Now someone else can get it are u serious. If ANYTHING affects me i will not rest until i see this company shut down. They said it will take 30 days to get another, if it comes im shreading it.
