Shady company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I processed my payment before the due date however a week later it updated on my statement that the payment was invalid and returned. After several calls to their customer service and supervisors I was told they could not use my bank info as my bank account was invalid. After talking with my bank they informed me when Indigo sent the payment in they coded the payment wrong. After multiple attempts to find out the problem they informed me the only other option was to send a payment via money gram. I've closed this account and still owe them money and now they are saying I have to fax in my bank statement to ensure my bank is valid. More hassle than it is worth! I show a late payment on my credit report and closed account on my credit. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I got this card to help build my credit but they take advantage because they know your credit is not good enough for the other cards yet. Interest is too high and so is the annual fee. As soon as this card is paid off, I'm definitely canceling it. The credit hit of closing out this card will be worth it.

Paid my balance in full and only have 183 credit

First of all customer service doesnt speak proper i pay off my balance in full i have a 300$ limit and iv been waiting over a week and checking everyday to see where is my it finally shows but i only have 183 out of 300 where did the other 117$ go?i know i had a automatic payment set for 56.25$ but i should still have like 243$ available,60$ is missing and im calling as soon as they open and i hope rhe person speaks somewhat decent english, this is bs

As soon as my available balance is applied to the account I will be closing this card. Let's start with the customer service, you will be told a host of lies when you speak to different people so just make sure you are recording every interaction with them. I called in because I made a payment and they placed a 7 day hold on it. When I asked them to release the hold because the funds had already cleared my bank, they refused to and gave me so many conflicting reasons as to why they couldn't. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the CFPB. I spoke to Diana (account manager) and Jeff (unit manager). Jeff gave me the direct extensions to Norys (Sr. Unit manager) and Kari (director). I will be giving them both a call on Monday but will ultimately report them anyway. Their cutomer service and policies are so unethically and that won't change.

Good for what it is.

This card is only good for short term credit building when you have few choices. Interest rate is fairly high and the annual fee is horrible, but this is made very clear upfront. It is also clear that the annual fee is taken upfront reducing your available credit from the start. I tested the card immediately and charged everything the first week leaving me with a $5 available balance. The next week I paid my balance down to 30%. My payment posted the same day And my available credit updated the very next day. The website is very simple, although limited, and easy to use. I did not read the fine print that this card does not offer raising your credit limit. Because of this and the high annual fee I will keep canceling it after 11 months. They have already reported to the credit bureau in a timely manner and my credit score increased 30 points.
