Their customer service phone number is 1-866-946-9545 and phone support is available from 6AM–6PM Pacific time.

When you’ll call, you will be asked for your card number. If you don’t have a card, wait on the line. The automated system will ask three or more times, then you’ll be transferred to a person.

Never received card

I receive an pre-approved application in the mail. When I applied I was approved with a $300 credit limit. However, after waiting almost 2 months I never received a call. I haven't received any emails or anything in the mail except but to apply for a card when I already did. Nice to know I can get on a site like this and find out others have had a similar situation to mine.

Joke

This card is a joke. If you have one, don't fall on hard times because they don't offer any type of hardship program. They claim the computer generates the offers and they aren't able to override the computer system.

Indigo Card Worst Card ever

This card is not for you. They charge fees left and right. They never increase the limit. The customer service is a joke. All overseas they read the information off a sheet over and over and cant answer simple questions. when you pay you payment due or pay off they hold your credit and cant explain why. They are rude uneducated untrained and a rip off customer service and company. DO NOT GET..........I called couple of times in evenings and nites cant answer questions say call back tomorrow. i said im calling now you're customer service they say can give you information till you give me necessary information to release it. I say what necessary information you need. they repeat and read off paper call back tomorrow have the necessary information, BUT would not tell either my husband or me what information they need. What a joke. we paid off again and this time closed both our accounts. Please do not get................

Never got the card

I just called them and told them i never received the card and it already been three weeks. This somome bullsshit.. so they told me i have to wait for another card for another three week there gonna send me a new card.. there no good. This all bullshit

Worst credit card

Worst car to have your balance online and on the automated system will be totally different from what's available on your credit refunds take over 60 days to appear on to your bank statement trying to swipe for purchases takes forever to get a authorization approval do not use this card even if you have the worst Credit in the whole wide world
