The Indigo Platinum Mastercard is designed for people with fair or bad credit who are looking to rebuild their credit and improve their credit scores.

You can check to see if you prequalify for the Indigo card for free, without hurting your credit score at all. Just click the “Apply Now” button to the left to check your pre-qualification status. If you’re not approved for this card, you may be offered another one instead.

Their customer service phone number is 1-866-946-9545 and phone support is available from 6AM–6PM Pacific time.

When you’ll call, you will be asked for your card number. If you don’t have a card, wait on the line. They will ask three times, then you’ll be transferred to a person.

Less than one star!!! I just got off the phone with the only two customer service reps they have! Oh how I wish I hadn't activated this card! We will all have to report to BBB! I live in the USA and told the man rep that any kind of charge I try to make is declined. He told me after much questioning that they are a third party and I can only use with companies only located in USA since they were foreigners but would not tell me where! Also if you pay perfect and do everything right they do no give credit increases! I could care less about an increase! I haven't got to use it once because it is declined but I still owe my annual fee! I can tell this is going to destroy the better credit I have been working on! Please don't get this card activated and report to BBB as soon as possible, I am! The road to hell really was paved with good intentions! Another fight on all our hands. I would like to know of one place that will accept this third party card as he called it! I feel ashamed for being scammed this easy!

I'm done with this card. Every other time I try to use it my purchase is declined. I pay it off every month (when I can use it). After this month I'm done. I'd rather get a prepaid credit card than go through this crap every time

Indigo is HORRIBLE

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I made a payment before 5:00pmPST,yet, my payment wasn’t posted until 3 days later. Then on my ACCOUNT SUMMARY it shows an available credit, however, when I tried using the card it got denied. When I called Customer Service, they stated that my online account information was incorrect and that there won’t be an available credit on the card for another few days.I don’t see how this company is in business doing practices like this.

I received this card and it stated if you do not want to be charged the initial fee do not activate the card. I cut the card up and threw it away. Now im getting lated charge notices. I tried calling to speak with customer service but it requires you to enter a card number! Filing complaint with BBB.

Ghost Card

I applied for this card over 2 months ago and never received it. Called 21 days later and requested a second card be sent assuming it was lost in the mail. Well, 21 days again and that card never came either. I cancelled the account and was assured that I would receive a statement showing a zero balance. The CSR kept interrupting me and trying to change my mind. Nope, just cancel it. Not recommended at all.
