I have 4 credit cards and this was the last one I applied for and I should have stopped with the 3. Service is horrible and in fact nothing about this card helped me in any way. Stop while you’re ahead do not get this card for any reason

If I could give this review a negative star I would. I've never used this card but was billed $75.00 for the annual fee. I paid the fee but it was returned as their was an issue with them being able to retrieve my bank account number. Once finding this out, my account was suspended and any available credit was now unavailable. I didn't have a problem with this as I paid them again from another bank account. The disconnect came after they received my payment that cleared, they placed a 14 day hold on my credit card. When I spoke with the CSR and told her that I would close my account if they couldn't remove the hold, instead of helping me, she closed the account. I was only told this after I asked to speak to a manager who then after placing me on several holds for several minutes came back to deliver the news. These so called cards are supposed to help people with credit issues but the reality is, they charge you high interest rates, while offering you insulting lines of credit to boot. To be hones, save your money and when you accumulate a decent amount, open a secured credit card. I'm beyond DISAPPOINTED with how I was treated and SADDENED at how quick they were to close my account. i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CARD.

Regretting this card

This card is almost unusable. I paid the $75 fee to start the card so I could build my credit. It’s not worth it people. You make a payment and they take 14 days to verify the payment before it’s applied toward your available credit? Are they verifying through pony express? Good lord, what a racket. Such a low credit line and the fact you can only use it almost one week per month (even if you are paying it off every month like me) makes this card a zero.

Wow! Not good!

I made a $100 payment! They have the money but still say a minimum payment is due! I have my submitted screenshots of payment made the day after my statement came out. A customer service SUPERVISOR said they only update their system once a month but I am all set until October but she did not have the capability to send me an email confirming this fact. Paying down my balance and will only use card for extreme emergencies! I used it for emergency travel last month! Canceling the card negatively impacts credit so they have you over a barrel! Consumer beware and check your statements frequently. Lesson learned.

I wish I could give this company a zero. I’ve been waiting for months for a replacement card. I call and they say “you have to wait”. No one ever has an answer as to why this taking so long and there are lots of discrepancies in the info they offer. I’ve called four times to have the card replaced, each time I’m told it’s lost in the mail. They say they’ll cancel and resend new card. Then I call today and find out none of those requests were put in. I ask to speak with management,a woman named Stacy. She very non chalantly informs me that she sees a request for August 1st (I made the request in late June). She all but tells me “Oh well, this is not my problem,it’s yours”. I’m livid. I’m a young woman building credit to purchase a home. I can’t build without access. It’s been three months. Why can they get away with such crappy service?
