The Worst Credit Company EVER!

You cannot pay your bill via their website. You cannot contact them via email. The section that lists "recent activity' does NOT list ANY activity. It only lists activity in your statement once a statement is issued. So you can have a card with a high balance and you cannot look online at what your charges may be. Customer service was like dealing with an idiot who had no etiquette or customer service expertise. DO NOT GET THIS CARD!

This is the worst card- REGRET GETTING INTO THIS MESS

ZERO RATING: It took me over a month and a half to finally receive my card (10 Aug. email stating my card was being sent- and I received this card on 21Sept. 2018) & when I did - I also had a bill stating that I would be charged a late fee - huh?? I called Customer Service only to be treated like they're doing me a favor for taking off the fee instead of seeing the flaw... Bottom line: the math doesn't add up... I made a $200.00 deposit, get charge$78.00 and Per Greg my card is declined because I needed to make a $49.00 payment... How is that? I just got this card and it's a nightmare... I wish I heeded to the reviews...this company disappoints....
