The Exact Prepaid MasterCard® is a low cost prepaid card issued by Bancorp Bank. It offers free direct deposit, allowing you to deposit paychecks, tax refunds, or government checks onto the Exact MasterCard for free.
This card replaced the Walgreens Balance® Financial Prepaid MasterCard® on December 1st, 2015.
This is not actually a credit card!
Keep in mind prepaid cards do not help you build credit since they don’t report to the credit bureaus. If you have bad credit and would like to build credit, a secured card may be a better option.

I would not recommend this card to anyone. When the card was under Walgreen's, I never had a problem. Now that Exact card has taken over, I have began to have problems. Customer Service is very BAD. I called today to find out when money would be reloaded back on to my card. The customer service associate told me several different stories to try and justify her position. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me I would have to call back in an hour but even speaking to a supervisor wasn't going to help anything. I told her I did not think this was right I had been a customer for over 2 years. I gave my phone number and told her I needed a supervisor to call me back today. She informed me that no one would be contacting me back for at least 2-3 business days because the supervisors have other customers they have to help. I will be stopping my direct deposit to this card ASAP. Please look for another card if you must have a prepaid card.
I agree 100% with you Ms. Patricia. I'm disappointed with Walgreen's. My fee went up $2.00 per Reload along with a boatload of other fees. The reason I got this card initially was because of the fewer amount of fees they charged. Now I'm charged the same as Green Dot with terrible customer service somewhere in Pakistan!!!! This card has gone to Hell in a hand basket!
If you had read the fine print you would have seen that they charge an up charge on hotels to cover any overages you may have. They also charge the up charge on rental cars in case you go over on your mileage. And they also do the extra charge on dining out to cover any tip you may want to leave. It's no big deal and it goes back on your card usually the next day sometimes two days.
I will really miss this card!! I have used prepaids for years. The 2.95 is better than the 4.95 and up that other cards charge. I also loved that you could cash your payroll checks for free at any Walgreens! My husband and I have to pay close to 40.00 a week to cash his payroll check. And I will miss the free ATMs, no surcharge to speak to customer service and no transaction fees, I didn't even pay a monthly service fee because I use direct deposit. And don't forget the free card to card transfer service, my Husband and I used that all the time. Unfortunately the bank that bought balance financial is charging all of the above mentioned fees and then some.
I'm really disappointed in Walgreen's and will never step another foot in their stores. They have lost a very good and loyal customer here I come CVS!
