Use the Phone People

After reading the previous review from George in 2014, I decided to use the most basic form of communication known to man in order to check on the status of my application - THEIR PHONE NUMBER: 508 263 6700 or 800 328 8797. These still exist people, so please, don't forget to go to the site and click the Contact button to see if there're any numbers you can call. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON EMAIL CORRESPONDENCES FOR ANSWERS YOU NEED.

Unfortunately l was not able to get a credit card from them due to some delinquencies in the past and the lack of credit I have (although I was under the impression that getting this card would help to establish and build my credit as this site claims ).

Must keep looking.

No Response at All

I have been searching for a "Secured Credit Card" to rebuild my credit. Read many reviews about DCU Loans and their Secured Credit Card, so I went online and applied.
After not hearing anything, except an e-mail that said we have received your application and a DCU representative will contact you shortly, I sent them an e-mail.
Well, 5 days later, still haven't heard a word.
Sent a few e-mails , and not one has been answered.
Not sure if this is an old company that isn't in business anymore, or they just pick and choose who they answer?
Confusing, because most places give you an answer in about 2 minutes.
These guys..well...I'm still waiting.
Just thought I'd share my experience.
