The Meijer Mastercard earns just over 1% cash back on everything you purchase and 10 cents off every gallon of gas you buy at Meijer gas stations. It has a high purchase APR but there’s no annual fee. If you’re not approved for this card, you may qualify for the Meijer Credit Card.

The Meijer Mastercard has very little to offer and you can likely do better.
You’ll get 10 cents off per gallon of gas you purchase at Meijer gas stations, a $10 reward whenever you spend $750 with the card, a signup bonus barely worth mentioning, and that’s about it.
There’s plenty of better gas cards, like the Discover it® Cash Back (Review) which usually includes gas among its rotating cash back gas categories, or the Wells Fargo Propel American Express® card (Review) which offers 3% at gas stations worldwide.
There are better grocery cards too — you could consider the Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express (Review), which earns 6% cash back at U.S. supermarkets up to $6,000 spent per year, then 1% (plus a great rate on gas).
The Meijer Mastercard has no annual fee.
There’s also a store-only version of this card, the Meijer Credit Card, which is pretty much a clone of this card that you can only use in-store.
Meijer stores are only located in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Wisconsin.
