usury

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Macy's a geat store, still will shop there, their credit card, a banking division of theirs, 25.99% interest, that is usury. They think they are on par with title loan companies. I have over a 800 credit score and 6 figure income, I do not get charged 25.99% interest even if I pay in full. On the chance I do not, the high interest is obscene. I will just use my AMEX card from now on and they will have to pay AMEX for me to use it. I have had a Macy's card for years but never looked at the terms but they just raised the interest again. Cheats and fools they are.

Over 10 years and still great experience

I've had the card for over 10 years. I always pay in full and never once had any $2 fees or any other fees. i often use coupons that are automatically on my card (showing up on the screen when checking out). I also linked the card with plenti and get cash back. Also I donate $5 to March of dimes in September and get extra 25% off anything (even leased departments in Macy's). I also take advantage is thanks for sharing. I have zero complaint about the card. I do have a lot about the items they sell. Most of the store is loaned and low quality items and it's getting worse (or maybe my taste becoming more demanding ???)

The worse credit card i ever used

Very highly not recommended. The worse card i have ever used. I pay my bill even they continuously send emails that you statement ready, pay your bill. then i have to always called customer service and inform them i already paid my bill why i am receiving this emails. they said ignore those emails. one day someone called from customer service and tell me your credit card bill is due. but i already paid my bill. they charged me late fees. I said enough is enough, lets close the card. this is the first card i ever closed. I called the customer service, i paid all the bills whatever they said with late fees even i paid those bills. I closed my credit card almost 6 months. last week i have received an email that i have a credit card bill. i said how come i have bill after closed the card, its almost 6 months. she reviewed my everything and said it was mistake. today i received another email that mentioned i have a credit card bill. so i have to called their customer service again. its really a pain. Big loss is it effecting my credit.

NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Don't waste your time and most of all your credit!! Citibank is full of crap.. They will charge you $2 per month interest fee & late fee $35! Until you notice it.. And then tell you, it was due to the balance was not paid in full. I haven't had a balance since Aug, and your charging me $2 per month! I don't think so!! They claim they would waive the payment, we will see! I will NEVER swipe my Macy's card again!!!

Don't do it!

Don't do it! Even if you pay off your Macys account monthly, as soon as your account is paid in full, they will charge you a $2 fee the next month! This is standard policy. They refuse to give pay off balances on their account so they can charge you this fee, and I think they really plan on you not noticing so they can charge you a $35! fee for a late/missed payment. Not worth the risk to your credit, or the headaches.
