TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Frankly, I'd give the Costco Visa card a ZERO if I could! After a decade and a half with the Costco American Express card, we were accustomed to being alerted about suspicious and fraudulent activity. Unfortunately now that the cat (i.e., Visa) is in the hen house and Costco terminated credit card services with American Express, the customer service is more like an interrogation. There is very little professionalism. You call with a problem and you are judged guilty until proven innocent. DISGUSTED! INSULTED! Definitely shopping for a NEW Visa card! Shame on you Costco for being so cheap and providing your customers with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. Suffice it to say, keep an eye on your statement especially when doing online purchases, because YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! No protection from Costco or their awful Visa credit card jerks.

DO NOT USE CITI for Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection

NEVER consider using the Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection on the CITI card. Horrible customer service!! After 4 weeks chasing them for an answer received that claim was denied for the 1 day car rental and 1 night hotel cost as the passenger did not wait for 24 hours at the airport (!!!) after flight cancelled but continued trip earlier by renting a car and sleeping in a hotelWho waits 24 hours ???
