Charging interest even with

I signed up for this card approximately 2 months ago and have a balance of ~$3,200. The promo is 50,000 ThankYou points after $4,000 of purchases in the first 3 months. Despite the advertised "15 mo. 0% interest" promo, I was shocked to see a $50 interest charge on my last statement. After calling and my case being submitted to "application review", I received a letter saying that my terms were the best they could offer me at this time. Even the Citi customer service rep stated when I called that she had never seen a promo offer without the 0% introductory offer.I found the initial offer invitation code with the 0% offer and submitted it for review again. Have not heard back yet. VERY SHADY business practices. BE AWARE of this card.

Interest rate.

Horrible card!! Don't fall for low interest rate at sign-up. If you missed or delayed a single payment your interest rate will go up to 24.95% right away. Lies about review and lowering the interest rates once you make payment on time. I have made more than minimum payments for over 3+ years on time and still at 24.95%. You can get a better interest rate at a PAWN shop. Closing it!
