Worse customer service ever. Decided to end doing business with these idiots!

Called customer service to put a block on the card. Called back a day later to report a lost card since I could not find it. They told me I need to go to a Saks store with ID to unblock the account first before they could cancel the card and send a new one. What the hell was that? I told them to completely close my credit card account and I will take my business elsewhere. What a moron company. I wont be surprised that Saks will file bankruptcy soon because overpriced stores run by idiots will not survive in this competitive retail environment.
