Journey® Student Rewards from Capital One®

The Journey® Student Rewards from Capital One® is good for students (or anyone else) with limited or average credit who want to build credit and get rewarded for it.

This card is actually available to anyone, whether you’re a student or not. It’s a solid option to build or improve your credit, while earning a bit of cash back too.

You’ll earn 1% cash back for every purchase, but that goes up to 1.25% cash back if you pay your bills on time (which you should always do, of course, whether you get rewarded for it or not).

If you make your first five monthly payments on time you’ll be granted a higher credit line, a useful feature on a card like this where your credit line is likely to be on the small side.

There are no foreign transaction or annual fees for this card.
