Bank of America Credit Cards

Bank of America credit cards are among some of the most popular in the US. They were pioneers in the credit card business, introducing a card in 1958 that could be used in more flexible ways than other early credit card available at the time. In the mid 1960s, Bank of America launched the first nationally licensed credit card program in the United States. It was originally called BankAmericard, and eventually turned into Visa. The bank offers a good selection of rewards and travel credit cards, with some that include point bonuses for customers who have Bank of America bank accounts. Bank of America offers virtual credit card numbers through its ShopSafe feature.
