TERRIBLE CARD

Do not get this card!! I had excellent credit/high 700’s until getting this card. I accidentally missed 1 month of a $16 charge, Belk’s doubled the charge, then reported it to all credit bureaus! It did not end there. Belk’s then dropped my credit line from 800 to 100 make it appear that the $35 charge was me using 35% of my credit line. This dropped my credit score by 123 points!!!! Years towards building a excellent credit score undone by a 1 month late, $16 payment! I will never shop or use a card from Belk’s again. I have credit cards from Wells Fargo and capital one and have never had to deal with this. Thank goodness I am not trying to buy another house at this time. I hope this helps save someone else from a huge mistake!
