The JetBlue card can be used to earn points that you can spend on JetBlue airfare. Your points don’t expire and you’ll earn 3X points per dollar for purchases at JetBlue, and 2X points per dollar for purchases at grocery stores and restaurants. You can also pool points with other cardholders.

You’ll be able to get 10,000 bonus points after spending at least $1,000 on purchases in the first 90 days of account opening.

This card has no annual fee or foreign transaction fees, and can be managed online on the Barclaycard website.

Stay away from this card! My parents have this card, and they recently had two fraudulent charges hit their card. When my parents called Barclays to dispute the charges, Barclays refused to investigate. I work in Acquiring and I’ve never heard seen a bank not advocate for their clients for obviously fraudulent charges. Merchants are required to get a cardholders authorization before they charge the card, and they didn’t in this case. Barclays isn’t following Card Brand Regulations and they are assisting fraudsters in allowing them to make fraudulent transactions on their cards. Shame on you Barclays, and shame on you JetBlue for allowing them to do this with your card.

Stay Away from this card!

I was a member of the original JetBlue card, and points were good. They have gotten worse and worse. Stay away from this card! Customer service is AWFUL and benefits are no longer worth it. I recently called in to request an old statement for an IRS audit. They said it would take 7-10 days. ok, well, I needed it quicker, but ok. I understood. So I asked for a simple thing. I asked for a simple email from customer service stating that the case had been opened to request the statement. the customer service rep told me that emails to clients "WERE IMPOSSIBLE" ... I asked to speak to her manager, I couldn't. I asked who could draft a simple email to me about the case because it was a federal government audit situation. "Sir, emails to clients are impossible" ... IMPOSSIBLE? REALLY? Give me a break, I immediately told her to cancel my account.

Never got card

I applied for the card on a flight. Had to call a couple weeks in a row. Never got the card. Get an emai 5 months later saying I have zero balance. Call to find out what’s going on. They s’y they can see the card wasn’t activated. Of course, I never got it. Then ask if they can send me a new card and honor the time frame to spend and get the bonus points. No. Closed the account I never had. Poor customer service. Might have been better if I could have spoken to a customer service rep based in the US rather than the Philippines. They’re clearly limited by rules on paper.

Stay away from this card

Worst customer service ever !! I've had better luck getting ahold of the IRS in the middle of tax season. Been calling to dispute a charge for 4 days so far, every day have been on hold a minimum of 45 minutes, nobody has ever answered. Try to contact customer service via the chat line, I get a message that they will respond within 6 hours, but never hear anything. Horrible.

DON’T get the JetBlue plus card. Worst customer service. I made a claim, concerning an unauthorized charge. After 2 months of no contact from the claims service, I called for updates. I was told that the claim was closed and they sent a letter to my address, which I never received. I reopened they claim, and was then told that they did not have sufficient evidence that stated I did not make the charge (which was for $515.00). They suggested I contact the vendor,which I did with no response. What’s the point of being a customer of the JetBlue plus card if they won’t even try to help with the claim. They wanted me to contact the vendor. I reached out to the vendor again. When the vendor did not respond, they suggested I drive an hour and half to speak to the manger. Seems like I had to do all the work. The claim still isn’t resolved almost 4 month later and I have to pay an unauthorized charge of $515.00. Not happy at all. Horrible customer service,
