Lower credit limit

If you have a good standing credit history, DO NOT EVEN THINK APPLY FOR THIS CARD. They are gonna destroy your credit. I had a very good score and never had a late payments at all, but for no reason they are lower my credit limit almost to full balance and living available only $200- $300. and as of results of this, my score drops. They did this 3 times on me for no reason. Most benefits complete lye. THIS IS WORST CARD I EVER HAD. Never, never recommend this card to ane one.

Wonky online page, too high interest

Trying to pay online is a pain...site is unnecessarily complicated. And the interest rate is ridiculous. When my one year annual fee waived status is over, I'm cancelling.

Annoying

This is the worst card I have ever had to use for large purchases. I use this card in business and whenever I try to use it for a large purchase it gets declined until I find out from the merchant and I call Barclay bank then they will authorize the charge. I understand this so I tried calling the bank and warning them the charge would be coming through and am always assured by a customer service representative that my account will be flagged for this purchase. It still takes 2 to 3 more phone calls before it is authorized. I have several other cards from other banks and do not have this problem. I am not the only one that has the problem, I have friends with this card and they have similar stories to mine. I am closing my accounts and going to the CITI American airlines card.
