False Promitions

I was purchasing tickets from Amtrak and was offered a promotion to save $100 on my first purchase.. I accepted the offer and got the new credit card. I never received the $100 credit on my statement and I have been fighting this for since April. The Customer Service people are not helpful and they act like they have no idea what is going on. I have been so upset that I was going to cancel my card. They said don't cancel the card until you get the credit issue resolved. Now they slapped on a $79 annual fee and refuse to remove it now.. I am disgusted. Now I have a balance of $179. I have lost my$100 promotion and the annual fee on top of it and its a brand new card which I do not want. I am Livid. This is absolutely - the worst card I have had. I have been a customer of Bank of America since the 90's. The Amtrak card is a scam.. I want this resolved and fast. I am tired of calling and getting the run around.
