Cancelled Card

I am not the type to leave a review but after my unpleasant experience with Customer Service I had to share and save others from the headache. I applied for this card the first week of February and was given some incorrect information from the service agent assisting me. I called customer service for 2 days straight (of long wait times each day) to rectify the issue (which could have simple been honoring my points) but instead, was just transferred from one department to another being told they were unable to help and were sorry I was misinformed by their agent. I finally decided to just cancel the card as I was very unhappy with the responses I received. To my surprise not even the cancellation department was at all concerned with why I wanted to cancel my account nor tried to talk me out of cancelling they simply put the cancellation through with no care at all. Horrible Customer Service !
