Customer Service

it's a great card UNTIL you have to call customer service.....at that point they put you on hold a minimum one hour and transfer you to 2-6 departments. I have better things to do with my time. If they don't have enough people to service the customers they ought to take some of their profits and hire more. I hate having to call them for ANYTHING!!!! This is truly ridiculous!!!!! They could at least put a chat person window on the website. Two hours on the phone is WAY TOO LONG. This isn't the first time either it is an ongoing problem!!!!
