The American Express Corporate Meeting card offers enhanced utilities to track and manage meeting expenses while streamlining the assembly process so you can do less but get more done. This is a charge card that must be paid off in full each month.

Limited information is available regarding this card on the Amex website, but some things have been made evident. This card offers tools from Amex that can assist your company in creating more clarity and saving more money when it comes to meeting expenses.

You’ll earn 1X point per dollar for every purchase, and you can choose to either consolidate rewards from your enrolled employee cards, or you can allow employees to earn rewards individually on their own cards. Points can be redeemed in similar ways, and you can even utilize each side of the program concurrently, though each card can only be enrolled in one side at a time.

There are a few requirements that would bar your company from getting approved. These include:

  • Company must be U.S. based
  • Company must have a valid U.S. tax ID
  • Company must have gross annual revenues in excess of $4 million

Some benefits include Business Travel Accident Insurance, Roadside Assistance, and Baggage Insurance Coverage. You’ll also get an unknown number of cash back deals/rebates with popular organizations, which may be similar to what the Brex Credit Cards offer.

Fees include an administrative suspense fee of $25, a reinstatement fee of $25, and the annual fee for this card is up to $55 (up to $75 after March 6th, 2o20), but you may be able to negotiate a deal for a lower rate with Amex.

Instead of submitting an application, you can submit some information to American Express and request a call back. You can click the Apply button to learn more and find that form.
